Peer Mediation

Peer Mediation is a program that will help students deal with conflict by acquiring problem-solving skills, and by enhancing their critical thinking and communication abilities. Peer Mediators are trained to listen to both sides of a dispute, and to help students reach a compromise or respectful agreement; ideally, mediation allows students to be listened to, and to ultimately have control over solving their own problems.
