I graduated from the Gilman High School and earned an associate degree from CVTC in the paralegal program. I spent 8 years in various banking positions from teller, accounting, to loan secretary. Later I went back to college obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education grades 6-12 in Broadfield Social Studies with a minor in history in 2000. I received my Master's Degree in Education from UW LaCrosse in 2004. I have been a teacher with the Thorp School District for 17 years. I teach grades 10 - 12. Courses taught are World History American Government, Consumer Economics, Psychology, Current American Issues, and Consumer Economics Online. I am a junior class advisor and I enjoy gardening, reading, camping, and watching sports.
Hello my name is Mr. Brayton and currently this is my 10th year in the district. I graduated from Spooner High School in 1994 and from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire in 2008. I live east of Chippewa Falls with my wife Jen and my son Blaze. I currently teach United States History 7 and 9, as well as Social Studies 8.
