Distance Learning

Distance Learning connects students and instructors, providing opportunities beyond what is possible within school walls. We can also utilize this technology when school is closed due to snow days or illness.

To access your students' online Google classroom, they will need to receive a class invitation from their teacher and be logged into their Google Drive before clicking on their teacher's class link. Students will need the classroom code from their teacher to open the classroom. Elementary is organized by grade, MS/HS is organized by subject.

[PLEASE NOTE: Google classroom and Google Forms will NOT work for students that do not have a wi-fi connection. In order for students to work on Google files offline, they need to go into their Google drive, right click on the file and select "Available offline". As soon as they get an internet connection (you can also use a mobile hotspot if wi-fi is not available), it will all sync and update in the cloud. Google docs, sheets, and slides will work just fine offline but not Google Classroom or Google Forms. Students will be able to log into their Chromebooks offline and open their Google drive, but they will only be able to access files that they set as "Available offline".]
