It is a great privilege and honor to be the new principal of Thorp Elementary/Middle School. The faculty and staff are committed to the success of all students, working diligently to ensure positive academic and social experiences.

In addition to our high academic expectations, Thorp Elementary/Middle School promotes a strong work ethic and positive social skills. We have established three core values: Respect, Responsibility, and Safety. These core values form the cornerstones we instill in students as they strive to be good student citizens.

In particular, the Resources page is full of important information and will help you and your child have a successful year. It will provide you with some of the common expectations and procedures for the School District of Thorp.

This is a great place to learn and grow because of the partnership between our dedicated staff and supportive families. I hope that during the school year you find the time to communicate with your child’s teachers and get to know them.
