21st Century Community Learning Center Grant
We are excited to announce that our school was awarded
the 21st Century Community Learning Center grant in 2024!
This is a generous grant that gives us the opportunity to offer
beneficial after-school programming for our students.
After-school activities at the School District of Thorp may include:
⦿Academic interventions ⦿Elementary choir ⦿Survival skills⦿Photography
⦿Elementary choir ⦿Esports ⦿Games ⦿Science club ⦿Book club and more!
📅The Cardinal Learning Lab and MS/HS programs will run Monday through Thursday until 5 p.m.
🚌Transportation is provided for students that are within the District boundaries.

A 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) is a program that assists students in meeting challenging academic standards, provides students with academic enrichment activities, and offers a broad array of other activities that enrich students’ lives and skills during non-school hours or periods when school is not in session (such as before and after school) that 1) reinforce and complement the regular academic programs of the schools attended by participating students and 2) are targeted to students’ academic needs and align with the instruction students receive during the school day.- www.dpi.wi.gov/sspw/clc
